Throughout his career in real estate, Ben has seen many changes, but what has remained consistent is his belief to do what is right for the client. He credits his desire to become a broker and co-owner of his own real estate company to the many people who have mentored him over the years. Originally from Albert Lea, but now residing outside of Zumbrota, he has found his niche in real estate. With real estate experience since 2004, Ben has many insights to bring to your buying and selling needs. His knowledge and experience in the industry is invaluable. Outside of work, Ben loves spending time with his family, camping, and any kind of fishing. He has a heart for music and has been able to use his gifts as a worship leader through his local church.

Travis was born and raised in Zumbrota, and now resides in Goodhue with his wife and two sons. Travis specializes in residential and new construction homes. Having lived in Southern MN his whole life, his knowledge for the area is second to none. Travis has worked in real estate since 2012 and he also works as a Fireman/Paramedic for the City of Red Wing. Throughout his career he has worked with clients to buy and sell in Zumbrota, Mazeppa, Red Wing, Goodhue, Kenyon, Wanamingo, Rochester, and Pine Island. Travis belongs to both the Southeastern MN MLS and NorthStar MLS giving your home or property lots of exposure. In his down time, Travis enjoys time at the lake, fishing and helping his sons with extracurricular activities.

Randy was born and raised in North Dakota. He has called SE MN his home since 1997. In addition to being a realtor, Randy serves as a full time paramedic in Rochester. He married his wife, Kari, in 2004. They are raising their three wonderful kids on their hobby farm in rural Pine Island. Randy enjoys everything that country life has to offer in addition to being an avid sportsman, active member of Land’s Lutheran Church, woodworker, house flipper and rental property owner. “I am thrilled to start my second career as a real estate agent with Ben Olsen Realty, LLC! I have had a passion for maintaining and improving properties since I was a young boy helping my dad remodel house after house. Now I have the opportunity to put that knowledge and enthusiasm to use by helping local people buy and sell property with the utmost honesty, integrity and reliability that every customer deserves.”

Lana truly enjoys working with both buyers and sellers whether it be commercial property, single family homes, new construction or real estate investments. When asked about her service area, Lana always says “have wheels will travel!” Lana is a Goodhue graduate and she lives with her husband, Travis, and five kids on a small acreage between Zumbrota and Goodhue. Lana has been around real estate for many years having owned several rental properties as well as having experience in flipping homes with help from her husband and kids. Outside of work Lana loves spending time with family and friends, attending her kids’ extracurricular events, and she has a heart to help and serve at her local church. Lana truly believes that “your referral is the best compliment she can earn”.

Doug joined the Ben Olsen Realty Team to expand and share his love for real estate by helping others achieve their dreams. Whether you are a seasoned real estate investor or buying your very first home, Doug’s skill set will make you feel comfortable through any and all transactions. Serving as a career firefighter/paramedic for the past 25 years, along with owning and operating Lantis Properties; critical thinking has become second nature. Lantis Properties has multiple homes and apartments run by Doug and his wife Laurie. Many of the homes (distressed or fixer properties) have undergone extensive remodeling after their purchase. Finding problem areas and possible solutions, before purchasing a home, is a skill that typical realtors may not be able to offer. Doug has worked with several banks and contractors through the years to help make even the toughest of problems seem minor. Doug is excited to be a part of the Ben Olsen Team and is willing to work hard for You and Your Family, so you may achieve your “dream home” or wish for financial independence through real estate.

Connie combines her passion for the industry with more than 30 years of real estate experience to give her clients the best representation possible. As a lifelong resident of southern Minnesota and a graduate of St. Olaf Collage, Connie understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in this area. A very active and connected community and church volunteer, Connie’s contacts and lifelong area residency leverage her energy and enthusiasm, enhancing her client dedication and insuring satisfied repeat clients and referrals. Connie and her husband, Daniel raised three children in rural Zumbrota. She enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren, going to the cabin, volunteering, gardening, cooking, (especially trying new recipes), and music. Fun fact, once a year she plays her accordion at the church park polka service.

Isaac grew up in rural Zumbrota, is a ZM graduate and attended Mankato State University for Engineering. He now lives on an acreage just outside Zumbrota, in Hader. After starting at Grover Auto Company in high school detailing cars and helping out in the service shop, he eventually became part of the sales team. Now he has continued to work as a Sales Professional for Flagship Chevrolet Buick in Zumbrota. Always fascinated by real estate and the possibilities that go along; Isaac is excited to be a part of the Ben Olsen Team to continue helping people in the community and surrounding areas make some of their most important financial decisions. His problem solving nature can help guide clients throughout the process quickly and efficiently. In his spare time he owns/operates his small business working on items such as Snowmobiles, ATVs, Side by Sides, Boats and Trailers. Isaac also likes riding snowmobiles, boating, golfing, and spending time with family & friends.

Brandon grew up in Hastings MN and now resides in Rochester MN. He has been in the Fire/EMS Services for over 9 years, serving multiple communities in Southeastern MN. Brandon is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate. With a passion for service, Brandon is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. When Brandon isn’t making home ownership dreams come true for his clients, he enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing and camping.

Chase was born in Red Wing and grew up in Goodhue. Following his graduation from North Dakota State University in Fargo, he returned to the area and lives on acreage in Hay Creek. Chase was raised around real estate and has been involved in buying, selling, remodeling, and renting homes with his family for as long as he can remember. He purchased his first property at age 18 with the money he earned raising calves all throughout high school, and has continued to pursue his love of real estate ever since.

Jason grew up on a family farm near Zumbrota, MN. Later, a career in nursing had taken him as far as Honolulu, Hawaii. He now resides near his childhood farm with his wife and three kids. Jason‘s 19 years of ICU/ER and surgical nursing experience has taught him valuable lessons in being detailed oriented, problem-solving and understanding each persons perspective. Through the years he has learned a lot about real estate by working as a realtor and personal experience with the process of buying, owning, remodeling, building and selling of his own homes. Jason understands the highs and lows that can come with buying or selling a house and he can help you manage that change with clear communication, transparency, kindness and diligence.

Born and raised in small town Minnesota where you come to learn nobody is truly a stranger. Devon has lived in Zumbrota her entire life and now resides outside of Wanamingo. She believes that the sense of community is what makes this area an amazing place to live. When working with Devon she focuses on reliability, honesty, and providing her clients with a clear understanding along the way. Her favorite part about the business is seeing a house become a home.
